California Auto Museum

I attended a German car exibit kickoff party at the California Auto Museum tonight. They are going to be rotating special exibits over the next few months displaying Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, and VW. There were a few cars from each exibit on display.

How cool is that!? I was wondering if they were going to do something like this at some point. I might have to go check that out.

The Porsche exibit opens to the public today with about 6 VW's mixed in. the VW exibit opens in March, But if you are in to German cars there is something for you from now untill May. The blue ghia on display is owned by the grandson of the original owner who purchased the car in Europe. He still holds the original title and those are the original Euro plates that were issued with the car. Here are a few more pics.
