Old State Theatre in Auburn showing American Grafitti JUNE 21

Okay, I know I haven't been on the forum since last century, but I wanted to find out if the group would be interested in meeting at the Old State Theater in Auburn. They are showing American Grafitti on June 21 (part of their third Thursday film series). I do work for the folks who run the theater and mentioned I had a classic VW which led to chatting about corraling for the film. Apparently they showed it some years back and had a Chevy group show up. They are keen to have car clubs come as it looks really cool when they park up and down Sacramento Street. For those of you who might not be familiar with the theater, it's just a few doors down from Ray Vallero's shop.

Anyway, let me know if this is something of interest.

Showtime is at 7:00 p.m. and admission is $8.00.

There is! Curt (Richard Dreyfuss) rides around in the back seat of a red convertible bug!!

That is one of the greatest movies of all time.
