Saturday, I added a Pertronix Electronic Ignition to the Trug. Has to be one of the best improvements you can do for your VW! Starts easy, idles smooth, I'm very impressed. As long as it was still raining outside, I spent the rest of the afternoon fabbing an intercooler for the turbo. DSM Intercooler and Blow-off Valve frome a Mitsubishi Eclipse. Tubo is a T-25 off a Subaru XT Coupe. Just a picture of a happy VW Guy.

OK so now with the inter cooler, what kind of boost can you run????

I 'm still running 7lbs (that's all Sami needs) But the heads are running 40 to 50 degrees cooler under boost!
