Ranch Run - SRV Event - April 10th

This is the Nielo VW Ranch Run and is set for April 10th, 2011.

There is also activities Friday night, Saturday and then the big show on Sunday.
This is a SRV Event. They have not handed out all the details, so as soon as they
are available, I will update this post. Plan on meeting at Kmart.. VERY early.

This is a cool show and benefits a great organization. I will surely be there and if you haven't gone you really should. The cruise is great as the CHP leads the way and clears all the traffic. Pretty awesome.

I have registered. The way this thing keeps growing I am concerned about it closing registration. Don't wait...sign up now! I am thinking about doing the Friday night cruise as well. We will have to see what the weather is like for Friday and the weekend. I hope it is better than last year.

WOW JUST CHECKED OUT THE RANCH RUN SITE. HOLY CRAP!!! A LOT GOING ON THIS YEAR. SO MUCH BETTER SETUP SO FAR FROM LAST YEAR. I LIKE HOW THEYRE SETTING UP THE OPTION OF EACH DAY/EVENT OR AN ALL ACCESS. I THINK ILL BE DOING THE ALL ACCESS

If it ends up too big it will lead to utter chaos.

JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH PAUL (I THINK WAS HIS NAME) AT NEILLO. THE VIP PASS IS FOR ONE CAR WITH TWO PEOPLE. $30 FOR TWO PEOPLE ONE CAR TREE DAYS OF EVENTS IS AN AWESOME DEAL. HE ALSO SAID THAT ONCE HE GETS SOME MORE INFO ABOUT US (THE GROUP) HE'LL START PUTTING IT OUT ON THE BLOG THEY HAVE ETC. MORE ADVERTISING FOR THE GROUP!!!!

I can wait for the Ranch Run it was great last year lets hope the weather works out.

Based on the recent weather we might be in trouble.

We might be good.. the national weather service is perdicting a dry spring... about 2 more weeks of this crap then it is supposed to change. We shall see if they are right

You can't trust weather predictions.

Working in landscaping for the last 15 years.. you live by them.. but yes, they can be wrong.

But I have the power of positive thinking.... I am going to will good weather on the Ranch Run...

Alright. I'll jump on that bandwagon.

NOT SURE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS GUYS. THIS WEATHER (SNOW) IS AWESOME!!!!!! REALLY THE ONLY REASON I MOVED UP THE HILL. I GREW UP IN WA STATE AND GOT AT LEAST 3 INCHES - THE DEEPEST IN MY 19 YEARS THERE ALMOST 4 FEET OF SNOW EVERY YEAR. I MISS IT. THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE IS ITS SO MUCH *@^#IN COLDER HERE WHEN IT DOES.

My car will melt if it gets wet.

Okay.. looks like we might hit pay dirt.... just watched the news and other than the rain on Wed/Thur.. friday and sat are looking sweet! So unless Sunday all the sudden gets a freak storm.. we are golden!

Sounds like we want to head down a bit early.. some guys say 5am.. I say to early.. So how about a compromise.. 5:30 at Kmart, head down NO later than 5:45am. That should put us at Niello VW around 7am.. then they take off from there at 7:45am.

Let's get a list here of you will be going.. so we know who to wait for.


Also.. if you don't want to do the cruise, you can always go straight to the Ranch in Lincoln.. get there around 8:30 or 9am.


Don't forget to wear your SRV shirts. If you have not picked up, let me know.. I can probably get some one (or myself) to get over to Jills and pick them up!

If the bus is running, don't forget about the cruise from Niello VW on Arden and Fulton to the Ranch! around 100 VW's cruising up 80!

I would like to go. I just need more information. I would like to go for the whole weekend. Is anyone going to do this that I can hook up with?

I called Neillo to purchase the VIP and they said I have to come down there to purchase it. Its a long way for me. I tried to get it online, but I guess that doesnt work anymore. Everytime I click to buy it says choose the event which I do, then it just takes me back to the same page again. So I guess you cant get them anymore online. So I will go down in a couple of days I guess and get it. I just wanted to let you know if anyone else tries to purchase them online.
