A HUGE thank you...

... to those of you putting your name as a custom signature (or as your ID). I'm pretty far away so won't be making it to too many club days, and it really helps me cement a name to a car and helps me (and everyone) get to know you.
Having that all important first name handy really helps the cohesion of a group, and will make it less intimidating to newcomers.

I'm also associating the names to posting styles on a few of you and feeling like I'm getting to know you a bit.

I'm really glad to see this group building up.

How do you put the picture under your name?

In your profile you add it to your signature.

Try to keep it small. Giant siggy photos can be distracting, as can big avatars.
if you need a photo edited, cropped, or reduced, let me know. You can email it to me and I can do it.

I can also help the Admins set size limits on avatars and signatures if it becomes necessary. dann and I both habe years and years of forum management experience and are happy to help any way we can.

I offer this as well in the forum that I co-manage, so if anyone ever wants to talk about something, needs a little advice they think I can help with, or just an ear to bend over a VW club idea or something, my phone number is in my profile.
