So after some thought into what building a baja entails I think Im coming to the conlusion that I am going to stay with the current set up. I just cant get myself to cut the front of this thing off. Thinking I am going to go with a little differant paint scheme to make it my own and run it for awhile and find something already cut up to build. tongue

Yeah cliff and I shot the poo poo and actually looked at CL on his phone and that is what mostly lead me to this conclusion.

not so much a jedi mind trick as much as I yesterday while fixing some really lame wiring to the fuel pump stopped and stared at it and realized how much chop cut rebuild there was. LOL affraid

Yeah Ill be able to find a baja witha ll the cut and fiberglass already done and I really was not looking forward to that part of the work... So now maybe Ill just have to have 2 VW`s one for street and one for dirt. drunken

What ever you decide.. it's your car and we will back your play....

That being said.. it is in very nice shape as is.. so it does make since to find another donor car.. work on it at leisure and drive the one you got. If the baja is your desire, then you will have a clean street bug to sell to get money to finish up the baja when you get close!

Already talking to my buddy about some paint thinking about keeping some the yellow and adding some black.. maybe it will be the bumble beetle. lol!
