| Found a engine we need to get the red hatch on the road. From Oakland East sounds scary and they will deliver for an additional $50.00. Is it better to go to Oakland East and get rolled or at my house? I will alert my neighbors both of them have guns to get ready to rumble.

| I have security where I live and crazy neighbors.
Is that the government flying over head, no just your wife on her broom making the rounds. Lynn go see what Greg is doing. | |

| Ask your UPS guy his story about picking up a front clip down in Oakland. It is a hoot. In fact we'll go down and pick it up for the 50 bucks, I have friends to deal with such things... Oh, and I will need a bottle of good Vodka. | |

| This think is kicking my butt. Spent some quality time with Cliff yesterday on the machine. Still a no go but close. The EGR valve is nice and full of carbon. The PCV was shot, no surprise. Any car a VW or a Honda needs maintaining the (they last forever is a lie) They last a long time if you change the oil, spark plugs, timing belt. So after hours of quality time it may be time to throw dawn my 20 and see Cliff. | |

| DAVE JUST LEFT WITH A VALID SMOG CERTIFICATE. WE WERE HAVING AN ISSUE WITH THE IDLE TEST DUE TO, TO MUCH O2 COMING OUT THE TAILPIPE. SOLUTION.......REMOVE THE MUFFLER ASSEMBLY FROM THE "B" PIPE. THE TUBING WAS RUSTED THROUGH THE TOP RIGHT BEFORE THE MUFFLER COME TO FIND OUT. RAN A PRETEST AND IT PASSED. NOT GREAT BUT IT PASSED. SO WE RAN THE REAL TEST AND GOT A PASS!!!! NOW MAYBE WE WONT HAVE ANY MORE HONDA STORIES | |

| Let me tell you Cliff is the man, I love a good challenge but. No PCV an elbow EGR caked, plugs trashed a piece of the insulator was banging into the cat. Plug wires chew by a rodent, but best of all we kept working on it until we passed. I will do a leak down test because I have to know, the compression is between 150-160.
Now no more Honda tales we all know that is not going to happen.
Thanks Cliff | |

| It's a Honda, they are prone to that. It probably rusted and blew away in the breeze!!! | |
