| How much are a set of authentic Porsche Fuchs worth?
Just looking, thought they would look sweet on a chopped '69...

| Yea, I felt dumb after posting that and started looking.
Of coarse the price would change depending on the size of the rim.
I would say I am in 'negotiations' with the '69 chopped Ghia.
After watching that 356 video, I liked the way the Fuchs looked with the flat paint.
I am also completely obsessed with the headlight grills. I spent a fair amount of time researching the past couple of days and it seems you can only get them for early bugs and busses with the slight tilt so they are more oval than round. They won't work on a Ghia's round headlight that is perpendicular. Go figure, the only straight spot on a Ghia...

| I love Fuchs, they are my favorite wheel ever. We have gone so far as to buy a vehicle just for the Fuchs, thus getting us into beetles oddly enough. Long story you guys don't want to hear.
So Matt do you have any pictures or specs on said Fuchs?

| That is true, the OG Fuchs are pricey, but I am telling you they spin different than the reproductions.
I know that sounds nuts but I am researching this on You Tube.
The OG Fuchs are cooler and worth the money if my theory pans out...

| I have never heard that terminology when comparing reals to fakes. Just like on my other cars, I refuse to run fake wheels. Quality and even safety is sacrificed for looks. | |

Are you seriously considering spending that on a set of wheels?

| I run the Flat 4 Fuchs on my Notch. I have ran them for years and like them a lot. When I marry a Sugar Momma I might check into the real Fuchs again haha...Kyle | |
