| I have driven with both of my high school girls in my ghia, as long as one sits sideways in the back seat it can be done. I have after market seats that sit on the floor with no room to put your feet under the seat. Not sure about stock seats.

| Dude... Don't listen to them. They are just too cool for school. Now, here is the deal from a true obsessed Ghia fanatic (I think we could all agree on that). The rear seat in a Ghia is pretty much for representational purposes only. It's fine for the occasional stuffing of a child or small person to get from point A to point B when that unexpected occasion arises. Any kind of planned usage of the rear seat is just not spawned from rational thought. You might convince yourself that it will work, but the harsh reality is any long term use won't work. The Ghia IS a true work of the divine powers in the universe and it was meant to go fast, and look bad ass doing it. Not as a transporter. You should look into a bus!!! | |

| Oh, and seat belts are fairly straight forward to bolt to the pan... | |

| the ghia got a rear seat do to insurance rates. see back then if it was a two seater it was a sports car, but add a rear seat and it becomes a 4 seater (family car) lower ins. look at the 911 and speedster.
