Help! I need a motor

Hey guys.. I need to try to find a cheap motor to throw into the bug so I can get back and forth to work. If anyone has something please let me know.
Mine is starting to knock up hills now.

tried calling this guy a couple times today to no avail. And got no call back..
Please keep your eyes peeled. Going to drop the motor tomorrow and start tearing it down.
