1964 Bug for sale (Eddie) $2400

Hello All I would like to offer to the group my sons 64 bug up for sale, Some of you know about this bug others may not. Eddie is a running registered bug with the original (as told by the PO) 40 hp motor. The motor was dropped resealed and re-installed late last year. We replaced all the brake components, the only brake parts not replace were three of the hard lines in the system, Every other brake part is new. This car has typical rust issues that have been temporally mitigated by fiber glassing the pan sections that will one day need replacing if so inclined. The car has a new clutch and clutch fork, cable and components. We installed 5/8" sound dampening and new carpet. Seats are rough, Head liner is there with a few rips. I have new door panels that need installing. Number three exhaust valve taps. I have not diagnosed why. It could be as simple as a mushroomed adjuster or as bad as a mushroomed valve tip. I do not know. I drive it like it is and nothing bad has happened yet. I have a spare head ready for rebuild when needed that will go with the sale. If I fix it the price of the car will increase.
