I have not been able to attend the last couple monthly meetings (due to my move and work load) but I am on the email list. Apparently at the last meeting there was some big changes made. Here is the email I recieved:
As club participation and club activities continues to decline, the members who attended Thursday’s monthly meeting discussed the future of the club and possible options.
In the end, the following was decided unanimously:
Begin meeting every other month (informally)
Third Saturday of the month 7pm
Start in January.
Location: Red Robin in Folsom
Lose the formalities (by laws, club officers)
No more dues, you can still purchase a t-shirt or stickers.
Donate club balance to the Niello Ranch Run in April
Retire web-site
