we need a new category

We need a VW reference category. We all have projects and lots of other people have done the same thing we need a place to place good links.

Like this guy he works on the same budget as most of us

I agree that we need a links page. I would not set it up as a forum though. It would need to be like a FAQ page.

Right. This forum is already a little category heavy.

We found through several years of trial and error, any more than about 5 or 6 sub forums is too much division. A few of these could be combined. Too many forums becomes a chore, rather than a joy, to navigate.

General VW and tech center combined. We're talking VWs in both, right? As long as the subject titles are specific enough.
We discourage "Check this out" or "Look what I found" titles.

Classifieds could certainly be combined with the above. If you're buying or selling a VW thing, it's VW related, right?

Networking and Chat Central, combined.

Again, these are just suggestions. With 70-120 posts a day depending on the time of year, we already discovered these things. Just passing on some suggestions.
