OK, Making progress.
Got the fuel pressure under control, sitting at a nice 2.75lbs and best of all NO LEAKS.
Synchronized, Adjusted linkage (can do it with my eyes closed now), and backed out the mixture to about 3.5 turns, checked synchronization.
Just need to get a longer piece of fuel line and I can mount the regulator on the firewall.
I am sure she is running rich but no more popping.
I thought she sounded good before but she is starting to come alive now.
Probably a good thing my beam is almost done so I can do the front suspension. I think I am going to need it...
Ran it for about 45 minutes playing around with the tune and she never topped 180 degrees.
I'll get that regulator mounted tomorrow and do a test drive. Check the plugs, etc...
Got my fingers crossed.
