1968 Beetle

This is the 68 Bug I got in a trade.



It's a very solid car and will be a good project. That being said, it will be going to a new home in the next week or so. My brother and his wife want it and will be taking ownership. I will most likely still be providing parts/service on the car, and will continue posting updates and pictures on this thread as the project progresses.

This past week, the car was moved to my brother's house and put in the garage. During the next couple days, my brother got the interior cleaned up and painted. I went over there this afternoon to help install the new headliner and bows which were part of the trade, but I wasn't feeling well and had to leave. We will probably try to do it tomorrow.

My brother and his wife also decided on a color.

Been a while since I updated so here goes. My brother got pretty much all of the interior done. I gave him my spare 1600 motor and we installed that last weekend. So the car is a runner but still needs some work/tuning.
