Apple Hill Run

It would be nice to set up a run to apple hill with the group.
Anyone like apples? Haha

Me & Kerry would like to go.
We are busy for the next two weekends, the last weekend of Sept is good, the first weekend of Oct is tenatative.

October is a great month for this trip.. beginning of.. fall colors are awesome.
So I like Tony's idea of last weekend of September or first weekend of October.. I will look at a calendar and set a date. Feel free to post your ideas.

This is so perfect. we were talking about making a run to Apple hill, this fall. And, now we have the perfect reason.
Meeting all of you.
We recently picked up a decent runnig 74 Westy and Apple hill would be a perfect shake down run, after I get the front end rebuilt.
We will be ready, on any day the majority picks.

If you can it would also be nice maybe to have a any weekend to choose from so that we can see what most people can go on which day.

We have a MINI group that we go on runs with that's a lot of fun but it'll be nice to go on a run that's at a quite pace. There's NO quite pace with the MINI's

But us aircooled folk drive to the sound of our own drum..hehehe.

We will be cruising along at what ever pace it takes and I am sure we will be making plenty of stops once in the apple hill area.

The wife and I were talking about this last night.... she works most weekends though, and with her B day at the end of Oct, we are taking time off then..... Regardless sounds like a fun event, would love to make it if I can fit it into the schedule.

Apple hill is my neighborhood. I could make it there even with bad breaks lol.

If we do this run where are we going to meet? I hate to run all the way over 49 then turn around and come back to 50.

Well! We have decided that we are going, on the tenth, no matter what.
All we need is someone who is familiar with Apple Hill to pick a place and time to meet.

We could all meet at the Mc Donald's/ Rite Aid parking lot in Placerville so people can grab a bite or a drink.
Hwy 49 to Hwy 50 cross 50 to Main st. and turn left on Main. follow to Mc D's on left. or take 50 to Broadway exit. (Main and Broadway are the same road).

The wife and I would love to join everyone, however, I can not leave GV until Noon. Let me know what everyone decides and maybe some of us can leave later or we can join the rest of you in the afternoon.

What time will everyone be meeting at Starbucks? I am working in Nevada City and can not make it to Starbucks until 12:00-12:15. My plan B is to meet everyone in Apple Hill.

My next house painting job fell though. I'm out of gas and money and totally unsure if I can make it now.

Sometimes when i'm strapped for cash I remember that i have recycle to take in for cash.
