Cruise to the leaves - October 8th

A fun cruise to Apple Hill to enjoy the fall colors and great treats is set for October 8th, 2011

We will meet up at Kmart at 9am and cruise down 49 to 50. Then up to Apple Hill.
This is not a SRV Event, but would still like to get a group going. Lot's of fun.

I'll check the date for sure Cliff but I would say this is one I would be in for. Apple Hill is beautiful.

THIS IS AN EVENT FOR THE WHOLE NORCAL VDUBS GROUP. WE CAN EITHER TAKE THE SCENIC ROUTE DOWN 49 FROM HERE OR DO THE FREEWAY THING AND MEET UP WITH THE SAC FOLKS AND GO UP 50.

LETS GET A ROLL STARTED....IM IN, DANN SHOULD BE IN........N E OTHERS!?!?!?!?!?!

I totally would have come in Velvet, but it's the weekend of the Tevis Cup, the 100 mile endurance ride (horses-Tahoe to Auburn in one day). I am working the webcast for the ride all day and all night.....

Ray will be in Fontana at Bugorama with Tony and the racecar.

I think I can do this one Cliff. Do we have a plan as to where we might stop?

Sucks that it's another Saturday. My wife has been yacking about going to apple hill lately.

If you haven't been it is really pretty cool. Plenty of stuff for the kids to do.

It is well worth the trip. A nice drive as well.

I'm planning on going on this run in BLU F O as Otto won't we ready yet. I'll need to arange a meeting spot with the rest of the group as I'm in Auburn. If you are planning on going Hwy 49, I live on Lincoln Way very close to where you pick it up in Auburn.

I think 49 would be the way to go.

YUP. IM THINKING LIKE BRAD POSTED WHEN THIS THREAD WAS STARTED. 49 TO 50 AND ON UP. MAYBE WE COULD STOP AT THE RESTAURANT THERE BEFORE ALL THE FARMS AND SET UP A GAME PLAN FROM THERE. CAT I FIGURE WE WILL PROBABLY TO OUR USUAL STOP AT HOME DEPOT OR IF YOUR OVER IN TOWN CLOSER TO THE CANYON YOU CAN ALWAYS SQUEEZE IN OVER THERE.

SO IS IT JUST GOING TO BE CAT, MATT, DANN, AND MYSELF ON THIS TRIP?

Well it looks like I'm not going on the run after all. I'm frantically trying to get a piece of artwork finished for a local show and need the weekend to finish it by the deadline. Art is my sanity check...

I had issues with the truck today, so I had to deal with that.

Just texted Dann & he's working today. I will go to Kmart if anyone else shows by 9:10 lets do this if not I guess its just Brad robin and me.
