IF WE DIVIDE THEM BETWEEN THE 12 OR SO.....LETS SAY 15 THAT MAY SHOW FOR TECH DAY AND OR THE MEETING ON SUNDAY WE'LL EACH GET 16 CARDS.

HOW BOUT AFTER I COUNT THEM OUT INTO GROUPS OF 10 WE START WITH 10 FOR EVERYONE. ID SAY 5-7 FIT COMFORTABLY IN THE WALLET

Obviously with us starting a Sac chapter, I don't really need any of the SR cards. But I did volunteer to help out with the cost. What did you decide we owe you when you break it down?

I WILL BE TAKING DONATIONS I GUESS. WHATEVER YOU FEEL YOU SHOULD GIVE. WHEN DONATIONS EXCEDE THE PRICE PAID FOR THESE 250 CARDS IT WILL GO TO THE NEXT BATCH.

SO WHATEVER YOU FEEL LIKE CONTRIBUTING IS GOOD WITH ME.

I will make a quick layout of the forum, cards, logos.. etc, so we can talk about it and make changes.

I will make the SRV logo work for the next batch.. if you would gave me one more night, I would have had it...LOL They will work and probably go fast.

You intend on using this same forum for both clubs don't you?

that is my thought.. there is room for two logo's at the top. Want to keep a good collective of people for tech, trading and large get togethers.

I don't see anyone from San Francisco making the 2.5-3 hour drive, especially when we have a local club. I'm up there because of our other projects and Dann and his family being my family. Having you is a big bonus.

In Auburn, I could have handed two out if I'd have had them Saturday instead of Sunday. I didn't think I'd need any and look what happened!

Everyone who had something to say about how they were done should be prepared to chip in a couple bucks. Think of it as an investment in your own good time. If you recruit a really fun member who comes to stuff and posts here, that $3-$5 investment is cheap for all the entertainment that provides.

Heck, I've gotten that much entertainment out of the meetings and message board already.

I ended up making half-sheet flyers (this afternoon) for my own local club. Not as convenient as the cards, but big enough to put a map on, and on some colored paper I had handy.
The copy machine here made that a cheap and easy alternative.
Half sheet being front and back, 8.5" x 5.5".

Hopefully I can get my lackluster club members to hand a few out.
I'm going to drive around tonight and see if I can hand a few out or put them on parked cars.
