You are right. It is a ton of work. | |

| I know this is an old post but I thought you might like to see what Chop Suey looks like now. I sold the car to Bill Eserini last fall, and just look at what HE did with it!!!! It's so cool to see an old project finished beyond you wildest dreams! Bill has re-named her "The Black Widow" [img] [/img] [img] [/img] [img] [/img] |

I'm not big on the fenderless thing either, but I think he made a good choice. It never looked right to me with fenders on it. Ive got some other pics..... the detail throughout the car is amazing. |

I HAVE NOW GOTTEN 3 BEAM EXTENTIONS FROM HIM AND WEVE HAD A LITTLE TROUBLE WITH THE SHIPPING ADDRESS SINCE IVE HAD AS MANY AS 4 AT THE TIME OF ORDERING BUT HE HAS TAKEN VERY GOOD CARE OF ME IN THOSE CASES. http://thevolksrodshop.com/products.phpHE DOES ALL KINDS OF STUFF. HERES AN 8 INCH ON MY EXTRA PAN. HERE IT IS NEXT TO MY BAJAROD WHEN IT WAS STOCK LENGTH. HERE IS ANOTHER 8 INCH ON MY BAJAROD. WWW.VOLKSRODS.COM IVE BEEN A MEMBER SINCE 09. LOTS OF COOL STUFF. THE MOTTO IS "PISSING OFF PURISTS SINCE DAY ONE"

| Greg- I like the steering wheel too! It's billet aluminum.I think I've seen those in the "street rod" type parts sites. Matt- Did you notice the width on on the rear 8-spokes? I've never seen that before..... |

| Dudes, I have now trademarked the term 'wicked'.
From now on, unless you are referring to my Ghias, you have to send me a dollar every time you use it.
Kidding, yea Eric, I think those a definitely widened 8 spokes, totally custom.
I have a wish of finding another 2 American Eagle 8 spoke rims and having them widened.
I have had this idea ever since I read that thread form Kyle about having the rims on his Herbie widened.
I think it would be totally honey badger.

| I guess if they are aluminum, they could be welded? And you're right, that would be totally "Honey Pot"! |
