i thought 113 was good for a non turbo 1641cc, i think ill go the turbo route

113 non-turbo is very respectable! But, 7 or 8 lbs of boost could push it well over 150......

My 1600cc that Ray Vallero built 28 years ago has around 95hp and we could have gotten more, but I wanted an economical daily driver and only so much money to spend back then.
If you want to discuss HP that can be had with small displacement, with and without boosting, and MOST IMPORTANTLY longetivity and economy in the long run (not just a turnkey motor or one that you fiddling with forever aka money pit), you really should give Ray a call just to discuss options. We are lucky he's local, people send him stuff from other states.
