YES I CAN DO THAT. I AM ACCEPTING THE MONEY FOR THE CURRENT CARDS AND THE FUTURE CARDS. I ALSO SPOKE WILL JILL ON THE STICKERS AND T-SHIRTS. AT SOME POINT I WILL HAVE THOSE HERE AT THE SHOP AND WITH ME AT EVENTS FOR PICKUP, PAYMENT, AND NEW SALES. THEN WILL PASS THE MONEY ONTO JILL WHEN SEEN AGAIN. THIS WAY THOSE OF YOU THAT HAVE ORDERED SHIRTS WANT STICKERS CAN GET THEM SINCE JILL IS USUALLY BUSY PREVENTING HER FROM MEETING WITH US ALL THE TIME.

We need to make sure we sound nothing like "Norcal Aircooled Group". I like the generalization idea. But maybe keep it short and sweet. Like, "Norcal Vdubs".

MOST OF THE INFO IS THE SAME. I BELIEVE THE ONLY THING THAT WILL CHANGE IS THE PICTURE ON THE FRONT OF THE CARD. JUST EXPLAIN THAT THERE IS NOW A SAC CHAPTER AND WE'LL HAVE DIFFERENT CARDS SOON. WE NEED TO PAY FOR AND BURN THREW THE ONES WE HAVE AND WE ARE DISIGNING (BRAD) A NEW FRONT OF CARD THAT WILL INCLUDE INFO FOR BOTH CHAPTERS OR THE GROUP AS A HOLE, SO WE CAN ORDER A BUNCH OF CARDS AND USE THEM FOR EVERYONE.

WE STILL 70 CARDS TO HAND OUT TO MEMBERS.

THOSE MEMBERS THAT HAVE NOT GOTTEN CARDS OR DONATED TO THEM I WILL BE THERE SUNDAY. COME GET YOUR CARDS AND MAKE YOUR DONATIONS. WHATEVER EXTRA I GET AFTER PAYING FOR THE FIRST BATCH WILL GO TOWARD THE NEXT.

I ALSO JUST GOT AN EMAIL FROM VISTAPRINT GIVING ME 80% INSTEAD OF THE 50% WE GOT LAST TIME OFF THE NEXT BATCH. THESE OFFERS DO EXPIRE KINDA QUICK SO WE NEED THE NEW ART FOR THE FRONT IF WE ARE TO USE THIS DISCOUNT.

AS IT SITS TODAY WE ARE $10 SHY OF PAYING FOR THE 250 WE STARTED WITH.

IF WE GET IN ON THIS DEAL I JUST GOT EMAILED AND GO WITH THE 7 DAY SHIPPING AGAIN HERES THE BREAK DOWN GIVE OR TAKE ABOUT $5:

500 = $30
1000 = $45
1500 = $53
2000 = $63
2500 = $70
5000 = $106

I say we should do the 500 of them. Keep trying to collect what you can. Whatever the difference is, I'll just take care of it.

I BELIEVE THE REMAINING 70 WILL BE HANDED OUT AND HOPEFULLY THE BALANCE AND MORE COLLECTED THIS WEEKEND.

I know we have a few more people going to chip in.. so the 10 is taken care of. If I throw a 20 in the mix and cover the rest.. I say we do the 1000.

But cliff, can you do a price on the glossy cards.. I think they would look nicer and slide in and out of a wallet easier. It should be 100pt glossy.

I was originally thinking about the 1000 also but I was gonna play it kinda safe. The 1000 cards is a better deal and with the way we're growing.......
